Terms of service

I Made You This is run by [Your trading name], based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or paying for a page you agree to these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose.

What you are buying

A one-off payment publishes one page from one of our templates at a link on our domain. You choose how long it stays live when you pay, from 30 days up to a year, and the price depends on the length you pick. It goes live the moment the payment clears. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.

• You can edit the words and photos on a live page as often as you like.
• You can pay again to add more time, in any of the same lengths. While the page is live the extra time is added to the end, so you lose nothing by renewing early. After it expires the new time starts from the day you renew.
• You cannot switch a page to a different template after paying. Start a new page instead.
• You can change the link once after publishing. The short link keeps working either way.

When a page expires

Visitors see a short “this page has expired” message. Nothing else is shown. We keep your words and photos for 90 days after expiry so you can renew and get the page back exactly as it was. After 90 days we delete them for good, photos included.

Refunds

A page cannot be un-shared once the link is out, so refunds are limited. Email us within 24 hours of paying and, if the page has had only a handful of views, we will refund you in full and take the page down. After that we do not offer refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your content

Everything you put on a page stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to anyone who has the link, for as long as the page exists. You are responsible for it, so:

• Only upload photos you have the right to share. If they show other people’s children, make sure their parents are happy.
• Do not publish anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that invades someone’s privacy.
• Do not use pages for advertising, spam or anything commercial.

Every page has a “report this page” link. We can take a page down at any time if we think it breaks these rules, without a refund. Pages are unlisted and hidden from search engines, but anyone with the link can view them, so share it with care.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account by emailing us. Deleting it deletes your pages.

Our promises and limits

We work hard to keep pages up for the whole length you paid for. If we cannot, we will extend the page or refund you. Beyond that, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Questions go to [hello@yourdomain]. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
