Don’t see a look you love?

Ask for it. We make new looks in the order people ask for them, and a request that names the thing a child is actually into beats us guessing: dinosaurs, Sonic, horses, Formula 1, a colour, a film. It is the single most useful thing anyone sends us.

Three things to put in it

What it is for. Invitations, Happy birthday, Thank you, or an occasion we do not do at all yet.
What they are into. As specific as you like. “Something for a six-year-old who only talks about sharks” is a better brief than “a boy’s invitation”.
When you need it. If the party is in a fortnight, say so. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done in time rather than leave you waiting on it.

Ask for a look

We reply to every one, including the ones we are not going to make. Nothing is worse than sending a request into a void, so if the answer is no, you get a no and the reason. The looks we do have are all the same price, and you can switch between them right up until you pay.

Writing about something else

Something on your page is wrong: Send the link to it and say what you are seeing. The link is the whole of what we need to find it: there is nothing to look up by name, and a screenshot of a phone is worth more than a description of one.Tell us about a page
Someone else's page needs looking at: If a page has something on it that should not be there, the report form is faster than an email: it finds the page from the link and puts it straight in front of us. You do not need an account and you are not asked who you are.Report a page
What we hold about you: Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, and we answer within a month. The privacy notice says what there is to ask for. Deleting a page is something you can do yourself, from your dashboard, at any time.Read the privacy notice

The questions people ask first

The price, how long a page lasts, what happens when it runs out, whether your child can record a voice note, and who can see a page: all of it is answered on the questions at the foot of the home page. If the answer you want is not there, that is worth telling us too.
